1. General Conditions
Because Merovix Digital Agency provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and specialized consulting services, we generally do not issue refunds once an order is confirmed and the project has commenced.
2. Milestone Approvals
For larger design and development projects, we work on a milestone basis. Once a client approves a milestone (e.g., initial wireframes or logo concepts), the payment for that specific phase becomes non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests made prior to the start of any work, or in the event of a failure to deliver the agreed-upon digital product due to issues solely on our end, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
